We collect and prepare
We collect your cargo from your address or accept it at our warehouse. If needed, we pack, weigh and prepare it for dispatch. Once it has been weighed, we provide the final weight, price and waybill.
We dispatch and support your shipment
We complete the shipping paperwork and dispatch your cargo. We oversee your shipment throughout its journey, and you can track its status on our website.
Receive it your way
Once your cargo arrives, you can collect it from the warehouse or arrange courier delivery to your address. You can pay for our services when sending or receiving your shipment — choose whichever works best for you.

Purchasing goods
We purchase the goods you need from shops in Dubai, the Deira market, or suppliers and manufacturers in the UAE. We pay for your order, arrange pickup and bring it to our warehouse. If needed, we can collect purchases from several shops or different suppliers and prepare everything for a single shipment.
Pickup, packing and repacking
We arrange pickup from your address at a convenient time — during the day or in the evening. If needed, our courier can bring scales and packing materials to weigh and prepare your cargo on site. We select packaging individually: boxes, protective materials, reinforced packaging, or wooden or metal frames, depending on the type, dimensions and fragility of your cargo.
Cargo insurance
On request, we arrange additional cargo insurance for the journey. The cost and terms are calculated individually based on the shipment category and declared value. Your manager will agree all terms with you before dispatch.
Cargo consolidation
Ordering from several places? We receive purchases from different shops or suppliers at our warehouse, check the number of packages and combine everything into one shipment. This allows you to receive all your goods together and makes delivery and collection much simpler.

We transport personal belongings, furniture, household appliances and other items when you move. We arrange pickup from your address, pack and prepare your cargo if needed, handle the paperwork and deliver it to the recipient.
Documents and correspondence
We deliver documents and correspondence between Russia and the UAE. Express delivery in 1–2 days is available for urgent shipments. We collect the documents from your address and hand them over to the recipient.
Clothing, footwear and textiles
We accept both small shipments and large consignments of clothing, footwear and textiles. Pricing is based on the actual weight measured on scales, subject to a minimum chargeable weight. If needed, we pack or repack the goods before dispatch.
Electronics and appliances
We transport phones, laptops, household appliances and other electronics and equipment. We select secure packaging to suit your cargo. Customs clearance is included in the delivery price.
Cosmetics and perfumery
We deliver cosmetics, perfumes and other products in this category in accordance with transport requirements. To give fragile shipments additional protection, we use reinforced packaging and wooden frames to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
