General rules for using the site and for handling requests. Transport conditions are fixed separately in the contract and waybill. Have the text reviewed by a lawyer before publishing.
Requests
Submitting the form means you consent to the processing of the data you provide for quoting and follow-up. A request is not a concluded transport contract: the contract takes effect when the cargo is accepted and a waybill is issued.
Sender obligations
The sender is responsible for the accuracy of the cargo description and for ensuring the goods are not in a prohibited category. Concealed prohibited items are the sender's liability.
Carrier liability
We are responsible for the cargo from acceptance at the warehouse until release to the recipient, within the limits set by the contract and, where applicable, the insurance terms.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, design and code of this site belong to the site owner. Copying materials without written permission is not allowed.
Changes
We may update the site content and these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
