How we handle a request
1. We clarify the details
After receiving your request, our manager will contact you and, if needed, clarify the cargo details: type of goods, approximate weight, route and preferred delivery times.
2. We calculate the cost
We will suggest suitable delivery options and provide transit times and an estimated price. All terms are agreed with you in advance, before pickup.
3. We collect and dispatch
Once everything is agreed, we arrange pickup at a convenient time or accept your cargo at our warehouse. We weigh it, pack or repack it if needed, provide the final weight, price and waybill, and dispatch the cargo. We then support your shipment until it is received.
