Silk Sky Delivery is an international delivery service between Russia and the UAE for individuals and businesses.
We organise logistics so that the same service works for someone sending a small parcel from Dubai to Moscow and for a company that regularly ships goods, equipment or commercial consignments.
Instead of offering one solution for everyone, we plan each route around the task: taking into account the direction, cargo category, volume, urgency and transport requirements.
We do not divide cargo into “too small” or “too large”. We handle documents and personal shipments, online orders, clothing and footwear, electronics, cosmetics, commercial consignments, spare parts and equipment.
Some clients come to us for a one-off delivery; others use Silk Sky Delivery for regular shipments between Russia and the UAE.
That is why we organise logistics around each client’s needs rather than a fixed template.
Dubai, Sharjah and Moscow are our key locations. But Silk Sky Delivery routes extend well beyond these cities.
From the UAE, we arrange shipments to Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnodar and other Russian cities. In the opposite direction, we handle shipments from Moscow and other Russian regions to Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other emirates.
This coverage allows us to arrange both transport between major logistics centres and delivery between the sender’s and recipient’s specific addresses.
Our operations run through warehouses and cargo handling points in the UAE and Russia, where shipments are received, checked, weighed and prepared for the next stage of their journey.
We use courier services for pickup and delivery, and different transport options for international shipping depending on the task.
We pay particular attention to packaging. We use standard transport packaging for ordinary shipments, while electronics, fragile items and oversized cargo can be protected with reinforced packaging or wooden or metal frames.
Handling cargo often begins long before it is dispatched. That is why Silk Sky Delivery offers additional logistics services alongside transport.
We can arrange purchases in Dubai and across the UAE, receive orders from several sellers, bring them together at our warehouse and consolidate them into a single shipment.
We work with shops, suppliers, manufacturers and private senders. This is especially useful for clients in another country who want to arrange purchases and delivery remotely.
One of Silk Sky Delivery’s main routes. We transport personal and commercial shipments, with onward delivery available from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnodar and other Russian cities.
Air and container routes are available for different cargo categories.
We arrange shipments in the opposite direction, from Russia to the UAE. We work beyond Moscow — cargo can be accepted from another region and its onward route to Dubai arranged.
On arrival, the shipment can be collected or delivered onwards within the UAE.
Equipment, machinery, spare parts, large commercial consignments and shipments with non-standard dimensions are a separate area of our work.
For these shipments, we plan the logistics, packaging and transport method individually. Where needed, we use container shipping and reinforced structures to protect the cargo.
Clients do not have to coordinate multiple parties themselves. Questions about a particular shipment can be handled through our team.
An urgent parcel, regular shipments and large equipment require very different solutions. We therefore select the transport method based on the specific task.
You can arrange a shipment even while you are in another country. This is especially convenient when purchasing goods, working with suppliers or shipping personal belongings.
