When a purchasing service helps
A purchasing service is useful when you have found goods in a UAE shop or with a supplier but cannot pay for and collect them yourself. Silk Sky Delivery can arrange the purchase, receipt and onward shipment to Russia. The product and transport feasibility should be checked first; agree the complete process before paying a seller.

- A product link or seller contacts and shop address.
- Exact product name, item code, size, colour and quantity.
- The seller’s price and availability information, if known.
- Destination city in Russia and required timing.
Separate goods and transport costs
The purchase is paid for in advance under the agreed terms. Transport is quoted separately, and the manager confirms available payment timing. A shop’s listed price is not the total order cost: pickup, packaging and other services may be required. Request separate figures for goods, purchasing assistance, local collection and international delivery.
Agree what should be checked
On receipt, the order and completeness are checked within the agreed scope. State whether you need the package count, item code, external condition or accessories verified. An external inspection is not technical testing, authentication or a manufacturer’s warranty. For valuable goods, agree on photos before dispatch and discuss insurance for the declared value.
Combine purchases from several shops
Orders from different sellers can be collected at the warehouse and consolidated. Decide whether to wait for every item or dispatch ready purchases separately. If one seller is delayed, agree a revised plan instead of assuming the whole shipment will leave on the original date. Start by sending the link, quantity and destination city so the manager can check the purchase and delivery options.
