How warehouse forwarding works
Buying from a Russian seller and international transport are separate orders. Under Silk Sky Delivery’s service terms, purchases from Russian shops and marketplaces, including Ozon and Wildberries, can be received at the Moscow warehouse and then sent to the UAE. This is not a promise that every marketplace offers direct delivery to Dubai: confirm how a particular order can reach the warehouse before paying.
Get receiving instructions first
Agree receipt with the manager and obtain the warehouse address, recipient details and order identification instructions. If the seller only releases goods at a collection point, discuss whether separate pickup can be arranged. Do not enter an unconfirmed warehouse address into checkout. Track each order number and expected arrival date when buying from several sellers.
Details for each order
- Product name and quantity.
- Order or domestic waybill number.
- Approximate weight, if supplied by the seller.
- Any completeness checks or extra packaging needed.
- The delivery address in the UAE.
Receipt and consolidation
On arrival, packages are received and checked, then repacked if necessary. Purchases can be combined, but agree before removing retail or gift packaging. Fewer boxes do not always mean a lower cost: fragile items may need more protection. The final quote follows the agreed charging rules after preparation and weighing.
Before international dispatch
Check which orders have arrived and say whether outstanding items should be awaited. Resolve returns or replacements before export where possible: international return transport is a separate task. Return conditions are set by the seller, so the same process cannot be promised for every purchase. Send the manager your product list and UAE address to confirm shipment acceptance and obtain a quote.
